I’m Mark Spruijt. I live in Papendrecht, where I work on projects for a better future.

I've grown up in the Netherlands, where I've always been interested in technology. When I was young I was given my first computer from my parents. I started playing games on it, but soon I was more interested in how the computer worked. I started to learn how to program and I've been doing it ever since.

It all started with bash scripts to recreate te matrix movies. Turning the terminial black and green was something that had the highest prio when writing a bash script ofcource. Me and a friend of mine began reearching fun bash scripts to send to each other. After a while we got to creating scripts that would open and shut the cd drive and other fun stuff.

Maybe a year later I started to learn how to program in C# while watching tutorials on YouTube. I started to create small programs that would do simple things like spamming a message in a chat or opening a website. Data encryption was something I was realy interested in. The idea of saving your secrets in a safe file other people counldn't read was something I wanted to learn. With the help of YouTube I created a program called "StarBuster" that could encrypt or decrypt a given message. That program was used for a year as an day journal.

Today, I’m an software engineer at Team Rockstars IT with serveral years of experience in multiple programming lanuages.
